Jesus, I confess that you are not only the
most important person in history, but you are the Creator and
Savior of the world. Lord Jesus, I need you. I
have done wrong. Please forgive me of my sins and come
into my life. I ask you not just to be part of my life,
but to guide me to live according to the words I read in the
Bible. Thank you for your mercy and forgiveness. I
am now committed to be your follower. Amen.

Prayer for the Seven
Gifts
Christ Jesus,
before
ascending into heaven,
You promised to send the Holy
Spirit
to Your apostles and disciples.
Grant that the
same Spirit
may perfect in our lives the work of Your grace
and love.
Grant us the Spirit of
Fear Of The Lord
that we may be filled with a loving
reverence toward You.
The Spirit of
Piety
that we may find peace and fulfillment
in the
service of God while serving others;
The Spirit of
Fortitude
that we may bear our cross with You
and, with
courage, overcome the obstacles
that interfere with our
salvation;
The Spirit of
Knowledge
that we may know You and know ourselves
and
grow in holiness;
The Spirit of
Understanding
to enlighten our minds
with the light of
Your truth;
The Spirit of
Counsel
that we may choose the surest way of doing Your
will,
seeking first the Kingdom;
Grant us the Spirit of
Wisdom
that we may aspire to the things that last
forever;
Teach us to be Your
faithful disciples
and animate us in every way with Your
Spirit. Amen.

Prayer for Miracles
Jesus, Your array of
miracles,
A true manifestation of Your Divinity,
Draws
the admiration of searching souls.
Never let it be said,
"Miracles do not exist!".
You are the living example of
such actions.
Bless me with the faith to always
believe,
To affirm the Supreme Power of Your
miracles,
Be they of a physical or spiritual
nature.
Grant me the aptitude to instantly perceive
The
source of all supernatural occurrences,
So only Your
Excellence shall be glorified.
Jesus, my existence is a
wondrous miracle!
Amen.

Make Me an Instrument of
Your Peace by St. Francis of Assisi
Lord, make me an
instrument of your peace.
Where there is hatred, let me sow
love,
Where there is injury, pardon
Where there is
doubt, faith,
Where there is despair, hope,
Where there
is darkness, light,
Where there is sadness, joy.
O
Divine Master, grant that I may not so much
seek to be
consoled as to console,
not so much to be understood as to
understand,
not so much to be loved, as to love;
for it
is in giving that we receive,
it is in pardoning that we
are pardoned,
it is in dying that we awake to eternal
life.

Footprints in the
Sand
One night I had a
dream...
I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the
Lord, and
Across the sky flashed scenes from my
life.
For each scene I noticed two sets of footprints in
the sand;
One belonged to me, and the other to the
Lord.
When the last scene of my life flashed before
us,
I looked back at the footprints in the sand.
I
noticed that many times along the path of my life,
There
was only one set of footprints.
I also noticed that it
happened at the very lowest and saddest times in my
life
This really bothered me, and I questioned the Lord
about it.
"Lord, you said that once I decided to follow
you,
You would walk with me all the way;
But I have
noticed that during the most troublesome times in my
life,
There is only one set of footprints.
I don't
understand why in times when I
needed you the most, you
should leave me.
The Lord replied, "My precious,
precious
child. I love you, and I would never,
never
leave you during your times of
trial and suffering.
When
you saw only one set of footprints,
It was then that I
carried you."

Prayer to the Holy
Spirit
Breathe in me O Holy
Spirit
that my thoughts may all be holy;
Act in me O
Holy Spirit
that my works, too, may be holy;
Draw my
heart O Holy Spirit
that I love but what is
holy;
Strengthen me O Holy Spirit
to defend that is
holy;
Guard me then O Holy Spirit
that I always may be
holy.

Serenity Prayer
God grant me the serenity
To accept the things I cannot change;
Courage to
change the things I can;
And wisdom to know the
difference.
Living one day at a time;
Enjoying one
moment at a time;
Accepting hardships as the pathway to
peace;
Taking, as He did, this sinful world
As it is,
not as I would have it;
Trusting that He will make all
things right
If I surrender to His Will;
That I may be
reasonably happy in this life
And supremely happy with Him
Forever in the next.

Where there is hatred,
let us sow love
Lord, make us instruments
of your peace.
Where there is hatred, let us sow
love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is
discord, union;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there
is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
where
there is sadness, joy.
Grant that we may not so much
seek
to be consoled as to console;
to be understood as
to understand;
to be loved as to love.
For it is in
giving that we receive;
it is in pardoning that we are
pardoned;
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal
life. Amen.
